Required Inventory for Vacation Rental Homes! REQUIRED INVENTORY:
We are very pleased to have the opportunity to represent and manage your Vacation Rental Property. The following are the items that are required for ALL Majestic Mountain Getaways, Inc. Properties. All items and furnishings must be in good to excellent condition. Furnishings that are old, worn, irreparable, or stained, are unacceptable and must be replaced. Suggested furnishings should be as follows: *Suggestions are based on our experience over the years. We can offer set up and decorating tips and services, estimates available upon request. Please note that suggestions by Majestic Mountain Getaways are for the purpose of Maximizing our services to you and your property. An inventory Checklist of these items will be completed and filed as part of the initial set up
LIVING ROOMS: a. Queen Sofa or sectional. Sleeper is preferred. * b. Love Seat or Arm Chairs or Recliners. * c. Entertainment Center. (TV, DVD, CD Player-Digital Cable or Satellite) d. Coffee Table and End Tables if necessary. e. Adequate Lighting. f. Fireplace Tools, Screen if necessary, Wood Holder. (Gas Logs Preferred) g. Paintings, Prints, Wall Hangings. h. Silk Plants and Warming Touches. *The living room should seat all guests comfortably. DINNING AREA: a. Table. * b. Chairs* c. Adequate Lighting. *Dinning areas should accommodate the maximum number of guests. BEDROOMS: a. King, Queen, or Twin Beds with high quality mattresses. b. Headboards. c. Nightstands. d. Adequate Lighting. e. Alarm Clocks. f. Adequate Closet Space. g. T.V., CD Player, DVD (Especially In Master Bedroom) LINENS: a. 2 full sets of linen and towels for each person your property sleeps. b. Comforters or Bedspreads for each bed. c. Two Blankets for each bed. * d. Mattress Covers or Bed sacks for each bed. e. Adequate number of pillows for each bed, including sofa sleepers. *Some of our guests get real cold. f. Bath Mats or Bath Rugs for each bathroom. g. Kitchen towels. KITCHENS: a. Dinnerware- Sufficient for the maximum number of occupants. To include; dinner plates, salad plates, soup bowls, cereal bowls, serving platters, cups or mugs and saucers, sugar and cream set. b. Glassware- Sufficient for the maximum number of occupants. To include: small, med & large sizes c. Cookware- Sufficient for the maximum number of occupants. To include; 1 quart and 2 quarts sauce pans, 8” and 10" skillets, 4 to 6 quart stock pot and tea kettle. d. Bake ware. Such as 9x14 casserole, 2 quart covered casserole, cookie sheets, and cake pans. e. Small appliances. Toaster, Automatic 10 to 12-cup Coffee Maker, Microwave Oven, Blender, Automatic Can Opener, and Kitchen Clock. f. Kitchen Tools. Colander, Cutting Board, Juice Pitcher, Serving Bowls, Serving Platters, Mixing Bowl Set, Steak Knives, Storage Bowl Set, Ice Cube Trays, 2 Pot Holders, 4 Kitchen Towels, Silverware tray, Dish Drainer and Mat. g. Kitchen Tools Cont'd. Spatula, Bowl Scraper, Can Opener, Grater, Vegetable Peeler, Hand or Electric Mixer, Paring or Roast Cutlery, Measuring Cup, Measuring Spoons, Wooden Spoons, Basting Spoon, Pot Fork, Tall Kitchen Trash Can, Broom, Mop, Dust Pan, Ladle, Pancake Turner, Cork Screw, Vegetable Peeler. h. Optional Items; Ice Cream Scoop, Pizza Cutter, Coaster, Trivets, Step Stool, Ladder, Basic Cookbooks. ADDITIONAL UNIT INVENTORY ITEMS: Additional Color TVs with Digital Cable service or Satellite. Additional VCR-VHS format, DVD Stereo with Cassette AND CD Hot Tub & Spare Filters Washer and Dryer Vacuum Cleaner Iron and Ironing Board Approved Fire Extinguisher Fireplace Tool Rechargeable Flashlight Barbecue with Tools Games, Puzzles, Cards Wall Clock Small Tool Set (Screwdriver, Hammer, etc.) Door Mats Guest Register Automatic Garage Door Opener (if necessary) Smoke Alarms (one for each bedroom if possible) Rocking Chairs on Porches Outdoor patio furniture or picnic table (minimum 4 chairs and small table) Firewood (Gas Log Fireplaces are preferred) *LOCKED CLOSET FOR STORAGE OF LINENS AND UNIT SUPPLIES!
